Welcome to The Rollins Hotels & Towers. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to the following terms.
1. Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability.
A valid payment method is required to guarantee your reservation.
Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information when booking.
Booking confirmations will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Check-In Policy
Check-in: From 2:00 PM (anytime thereafter).
Early check-in is subject to room availability.
The minimum check-in age is 18 years.
A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms.
Pets are not permitted.
3. Check-Out Policy
Check-out: By 12:00 Noon.
Express check-out is available.
Return your room access card at check-out.
Settle all outstanding bills before departure.
Check for your personal belongings before leaving.
Lost or damaged hotel property may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Policy
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
We accept approved payment methods, including major debit and credit cards.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before departure.
Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 5 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to one night’s stay or the full booking value, depending on the reservation terms.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
Respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.
Conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
Keep noise to a minimum, particularly during nighttime hours.
Be responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas.
Designated smoking areas are available.
A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.
8. Children & Extra Guests
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
Maximum room occupancy must not exceed the limit specified for the booked room type.
9. Visitors Policy
All visitors must register at the Front Desk.
Visitors may be required to present a valid ID or any other means of identification
Visitors are permitted only during approved visiting hours unless otherwise authorized by management.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to unauthorized visitors.
10. Lost & Found
Personal items found on the hotel premises will be kept in the hotel’s Lost & Found for a limited period.
Guests should contact the hotel as soon as possible regarding lost items.
The hotel is not responsible for unclaimed items after the retention period.
11. Right to Refuse Service
The Rollins Hotels & Towers reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove any guest without refund where necessary, including but not limited to:
Disorderly or abusive behaviour.
Illegal activities.
Damage to hotel property.
Failure to comply with hotel policies.
Actions that endanger the safety or comfort of other guests or staff.
12. Parking
Parking is provided at the guest’s own risk.
The hotel shall not be liable for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents.
13. Personal Belongings
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. While reasonable security measures are in place, The Rollins Hotels & Towers shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables, cash, jewellery, or other personal property.
14. Illegal Activities
Illegal drugs, firearms, and other prohibited items are not permitted on hotel premises.
Any illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
15. Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted on hotel premises.
16. Facilities & Amenities Usage
Guests may enjoy hotel facilities and amenities, including:
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
Swimming pool
Fitness centre (where available)
Restaurant and bar
Lounge areas
Rooftop terrace (where available)
Access to facilities may be restricted for maintenance, private events, or safety reasons.
17. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables where provided.
The hotel shall not be liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
18. Security & Safety
Visitors may be required to register at the Front Desk.
CCTV surveillance operates in designated public areas for the safety and security of guests and staff.
Guests must comply with all hotel safety regulations and emergency procedures.
19. Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning costs resulting from misuse of hotel property.
Applicable charges may be applied to the guest’s account or payment method.
20. Privacy
Guest information collected during booking and stay will be handled confidentially and used solely for reservation management, service delivery, legal compliance, and other legitimate hotel operations in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
21. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government actions or restrictions
Industrial disputes or strikes
Public health emergencies
Utility failures or other unforeseen events
22. Amendments to Terms
The Rollins Hotels & Towers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available at the hotel and on the official website
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
